Your plan's cluster limit is a ceiling, not a metered count — connect up to your limit, remove one, connect a different one, at no extra charge. Billing is based on your plan tier, not on individual cluster-hours.
No. The Free plan includes one cluster with real-time metrics and health alerts, no card required. You can upgrade whenever you need more clusters or AI analysis.
No — VantraOps doesn't charge for AI analysis usage. You pay your own provider (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex) directly under whatever contract you already have with them.
Historical data already collected is retained; going forward, new data is retained for your new plan's window. Nothing already stored is deleted immediately on downgrade.
Plan features apply tenant-wide, not per cluster, so every cluster on your account gets the same feature set. If you need different tiers for different environments, most teams run separate tenants for that.
